What is Deliverbroo?

Deliverbroo is The Arcade’s home delivery and click & collect service. We launched this in the midst of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as an answer to potential forced pub closure, and a call from our regulars to offer a way in which we can still get our beer to them.

How does it work?

We have most of our can and bottle range online for you to browse and buy. We can offer the option to deliver to you, or for you to click and collect from the pub. Please note, until further notice, click and collect is not available due to current legislation from the government surrounding coronavirus containment.

Buying online

You can browse our shop by selecting a style of beer or by selecting a brewer. Just select the amount you’d like and add to your basket. Please note, if you have any allergies, we will try and provide as much information, including a link to the brewery website. However, we cannot make any guarantees and therefore we urge you to please research any beers for potential allergens.

Our delivery service requires a minimum purchase of £20 in WS11, WS12 and WS6. A minimum purchase of £30 is required for WS15, ST16, ST17 and ST19. Click and collect has no minimum charge.

Currently you can pay by PayPal or card. We are working on ApplePay and Android Pay, and will be available soon. All payments are processed using encryption and comply with PCI-DSS compliancy.

Delivery

Deliverbroo was created in answer to the Coronavirus situation, and because of this, we have had to reduce our staffing levels and opening times. Therefore, we have designed delivery times and days around the situation we find ourselves in, as a pub. Also, as we’re in Cannock, we have purposely limited our delivery radius to serve our locals and regulars. This is how it currently works:

Want to collect?

Great! Collection is available between the days and hours we are open, which you will find below (please note these are subject to change often and at short notice due to legal requirements surrounding Coronavirus containment). Please allow approximately one hour for us to get your order together, or two hours if you have requested refrigeration. Drinking in the bar is not allowed as per current emergency legislation. Please note, until further notice, click and collect is not available due to current legislation from the government surrounding coronavirus containment.

Our simple terms and conditions

You can request your beer to be chilled for free! Just click the tickbox on checkout. Please order before 3pm for our chilling service. We will do our utmost to have your beer chilled for you but we cannot guarantee it.

We cannot specify a delivery time but it will be evening. If there is no answer upon arrival, we will try and contact you. Ultimately if we cannot reach you, we will do our best to leave them somewhere safe.

If you have requested click and collect, your order will be available for 24 hours. If, after 24 hours, you have not collected your items, we will refund you and your order will be restocked.

On the rare occasion something is out of stock, we will be in touch to arrange an alternative, or offer a refund.

We may require to see some form of ID upon delivery to prove your age. Please don’t be offended if we ask! 🙂 If ID cannot be provided, the recipient is underage, or we suspect the purchase has been made on behalf of minors, we reserve the right to refuse a delivery upon arrival.
